Welcome to VitaDAO’s Onboarding Platform. Please read the instructions below if you want to

1. earn some VITA tokens by completing a small task and/or
2. become a working group contributor.

The Onboarding Process

1. If you are not familiar with web3, you can learn the basics here:

   Web3 and DeSci Basics

2. Our Discord server is where the magic happens. If you have not already done so, introduce yourself and select role(s).

   • Here is how different roles and personas can add value to VitaDAO’s ecosystem.

3. Pick one starter task below

   1. Suggest, in 1-2 paragraphs, new scheme and initiatives VitaDAO can implement to support researchers, students, and/or entrepreneurs.
   2. Share with us, in 1-2 paragraphs, what regulatory changes you would like to see that could help more investors get into DeSci/Biotech and web3.
   3. Share, in 1-2 paragraphs, how VitaDAO’s onboarding process can be improved.
   4. Suggest, in 1-2 paragraphs, website improvements that you would like to see.
   5. Suggest, in 1-2 paragraphs, design-related improvements you would like to see in VitaDAO’s ecosystem.
   6. Share with us, in 1-2 paragraphs, areas in the VitaDAO’s ecosystem that require more clarity (explainers, etc.).
   7. Share, in 1-2 paragraphs, what you like/don’t like about VitaDAO’s tokenomic model.
   8. Share, in 1-2 paragraphs, how VitaDAO’s messaging and brand can be used to fundraise effectively.

4. Submit the completed task along with your wallet address here. See this if you do not have an ERC-20 wallet. You will receive 10 VITA tokens in the provided wallet when the form is processed (note that submitting multiple starter tasks will not result in more VITA because each person is entitled to 10 VITA only). The processing can take days so please stay tuned. You can then start voting right away! Read this post to learn how to vote with no gas fees.

   3. If you are interested in any of the other working groups please attend the Wednesday biweekly non-dealflow onboarding AMA call at 1pm EST. The up-to-date schedules can be found in VitaDAO’s calendar. Bring good vibes and make sure we record your attendance.

6. All call attendees will be given a working group-specific guest discord tag and access to the relevant channels and documentation. You made it!
