This guide is intended to provide you with the basics of getting involved with a working group, including getting acquainted with other working group members, best practices and processes, as well as setting you up to contribute to a VitaDAO working group.

There is only one thing we ask people to bring to VitaDAO: a good slice of self-motivation. We are here to help, we will provide you with tools and support, and you will connect with a diverse community. Your level of collaboration will depend on how proactive and self-motivated you are. We want you to succeed on a personal level and will do everything to set you up to succeed.

VitaDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization. What that means is that it is largely yours to steer. Roles at VitaDAO are fluid - we've done our best to eliminate traditional barriers between you and the work that you want to contribute.

Ultimately, VitaDAO is what you make of it; be proactive, get involved, and be respectful of others within the decentralized collective.

Join a Working Group

The next step is figuring out where you’d like to contribute in our ecosystem. Please familiarize yourself with what different working groups do below. You may also choose simply to be a community member (Vitalian) if you don’t see yourself contributing in a direct manner immediately.
