VitaDAO is a novel community-owned longevity fund that is looking for an exceptional Longevity Dealflow Manager to play a significant role in growing and managing our working group.

VitaDAO funds research projects in the longevity space in exchange for a stake in their future intellectual property rights or royalties. Members can join VitaDAO by purchasing VITA tokens or earning them through contributions to the DAO or by providing intellectual property.

You will be working closely with seasoned longevity experts (that include academic researchers, startup founders, venture capitalists), taking an active part in a variety of projects, and assuming ownership of all administrative responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Help manage projects seeking funding (including scheduling calls with current dealflow contributors)
• Provide accounting support with our Working Group budget
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and memos of key meetings; follow-ups and track action items
• Following up on projects and tasks within the Working Group
• Be a go-to point for internal and external business partners
• Support long-term and medium-term business and planning to ensure the most effective progress on key priorities
• Act as a facilitator, supporting things running smoothly, taking initiative, supporting the team

Primary Tools used within the DAO

• Discord is a stream of consciousness in the community
• Discourse forum captures relevant ideas and then formalizes them into ideas and proposals
• Airtable to be used as a project management tool as well as CRM

What you bring

• At least 1-year experience in a similar role in a startup or research lab environment
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
